Job Profile:
•Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
•Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
•Coordinate between Sales and Order Execution teams to ensure seamless processes and communication.
•Fulfill the outbound delivery document in liaison with Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics and Planning sections in both Supply Chain and Operations.
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
•Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
•Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
•Regular follow up with the sales team for outstanding payments and if required with the clients too.
•Evaluate the performance of the sales team.
•Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
•Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
•Support the Sales Head in booking meetings as needed.
•Circulate announcements and information to members on behalf of the Sales Head as needed.
•Schedule in-house and external meetings.
•Supervise efficient office administrative policies and procedures.
•Maintain HR records, staff files, leave record.
•Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
•Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
•Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
•Make weekly/ monthly sales report from all locations.
•Track and analyze the monthly physical stock of all showrooms.
•Work out sales incentives every month.
•Work out the product sales item wise, product category wise & location wise. Work with in-charges in analyzing Sales against target.
•To hold meetings (weekly/ monthly/ as when needed) with all showroom in-charges to review sales performance.
•Maintaining MIS.
•Coordination with Sales and Other departments.
•Financials Daily collections / bank depositions, outstanding payments follow up.
•Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Job Profile:

•Updating dealers about the change in product price and new product launch.
•Meeting the existing customers.
•Meeting the new target customers and converting them into customers.
•Solving the problem and queries of existing dealers and customers.
•Searching for new dealers.
•Giving all the details of the company to the upcoming dealers and explaining
The policies for the dealership.
•Organizing events at the dealers place to attract more customers.
•Meeting dealers on daily basis and helping them in finding customers.
•Making daily reports and send to the seniors.
