• Manage and prioritize new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social platforms to connect and engage with prospects and convert them into closure of sales opportunities by assisting the sales team in the process. (Targeted Market is Domestic (Pan India) & Export (Middle East, US/UK).
• Respond to sales phone calls, sales emails of the prospects including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
• Research and identify accounts and leads to understand buying trends and triggers for tailored outreach and provide reports to management and route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities by using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, etc.
• Deliver high quality meetings to account executives by following qualification criteria.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics to help and achieve targets.
• Registration of Company in various PSUs, GeM (Government E-Marketplace) for participating in the Tenders floated.
• Working in Infor (M3) ERP for SO/MOF for Customer and Stock related information.
• Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research (business directories, digital resources, etc) and emailing.
• Create and improve emailing sequences, call scripts etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, call strategies, and messaging.
• Qualify leads from outbound and inbound campaigns using BANT and ICP qualification frameworks.
• Manage objections and address concerns that leads may have in order to schedule a demo call.
• Assist an Account Executive with demo calls and closing deals.
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
