Commercial Manager for the Triple Bay Marina Project
Currently Working on the Following Project:
•HSE Risk Implementation project for ADNOC - EPC Project( Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah & Al Ain Location)
•ENOC Oil Refinery Expansion - Jebel Ali Dubai
•Chilled Water Pipeline Projects for EMPOWER- Multiple Project across Dubai
Drafting tender, evaluation, negotiation, finalise and recommendation for execution of Contracts, including pre and post bid clarifications meetings and resolving the same.
•Assisting Proposals team with contract review and identification of qualifications and contractual risks.
•Management and advise on variation order accounts. Preparation of submissions, compilation of costs and supporting particulars, maintaining records, coordinating with project team, engineering department
•Monitoring of the progress of work and performance to ensure its compliance with contract requirements.
•Analyse the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
•Preparation and monitoring of Payment Applications and follow up on payments from clients and certification from Consultants.
•Preparations of final account statement, follow up, negotiate and agree the final account with the client including claims
•Assist the Commercial Manager in Contracts Close-out procedures and to ensure all terms of Contracts have been complied with.
•Review, develop and enforce contract administrative procedures as per Contract for effective performance within terms and conditions of the contract and policies approved by the commercial Director.
• Review, drafting and submission of all contractual correspondence between client, contractor and all associated parties and attend the meetings with all the stakeholders
•Management of Subcontractors - Development of strategy for procurement, Compilation of Tendering documents, Tendering, negotiation, appointment, negotiating contract, payments, subcontract liabilities, subcontract final accounts, subcontract claims in accordance with contract/company requirement.
•Internal cost reporting including project budgets, cost versus value reconciliation, forecasting cost and value to completion and cash flow forecasting and management in line with the company requirements.
•Submission and Negotiations of claims for extension of time (EOT) and other contractual claims.
•Management of project insurances and various bonds, both upstream to the client and downstream to subcontractors.
•Advise the Commercial Director for resolving the disputes with Client, Subcontractors, Suppliers,
