As PMC Process Safety Engineer for a $7B mega-industrial mining project in KSA I oversaw +20 EPC engaged in design, process safety engineering, and construction as assigned to the UK and KSA project offices. -As the General Contractor, in a Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) role I developed

sporting complex, oil field pad and cellar preparation, environmental remediation, sewer
treatment construction, and general construction. -Conducted analysis of all Request for
Proposals (mentioned above), including specifications, blueprints, schematics, weldaments,

-As a Consultant for a $90 million dollar Embassy, audited SOW and Contractor performance, in
a EPC capacity. -Design review of utility installation, communication technical design review,
PLC, and project progress certification. -Audit of Contractors contract requirements, as built
drawings for communications, power, and security systems requirements. -Technical
interpretations of plans, specs, review & approval of contractor submittals, addressing
submitted RFI from contractor. -Report any non-conformance. -Development of a transition
plan to be used to relocate the USAIDE communications system to a new embassy.
-Development and Management of HSE programs for Ma’aden Phosphate Project located in the
Middle East. One of the world’s largest fully integrated fertilizer complex projects. -Oversaw
contractor project planning, mobilization, general services, project schedules, QC, and technical
design review of work plans. -Blueprint & Schematic review for construction, earthworks,
utility -Responsible for technical crosswalks of Saudi Arabia Higher Commission Industrial
Security, Royal Commission, and other directives, permits, as related to the Engineering,
Procurement, Construction Management. -Design review of construction techniques and
procedures as associated with fire systems, camp utility systems, foundation piling, and crane
systems, review of contractor RFIs -Oversight of Contractor mobilization activities for camps,
