Managing the site responsible for banking deposit and administrative task as daily basis.
Sending the reports via e-mail and preparing as site profile.
Preparing staff evaluation as monthly performance.
Motivate the staff keep on promoting to achieve the site monthly target.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain good presentation of the site.
Assist and serving the customer in a professional manner.
Responsible for forecasting ordering.
Responsible for receiving deliveries, checking expiry of the product.
Proper merchandize display using the FIFO method.
Responsible for cash and credit transaction including bill payment and reloading personal cards.
Enter the invoices, worksheets in a centralize payment system.
Conduct monthly inventory.
