1. Worked with STC executive team as a marketing advisor to introduce the next generation of services in the Multimedia domain (IPTV/OTT) for fix and mobile divisions.

2. Played a key role to bring third party vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, HP, Sun Microsystems, Scientific Atlanta, Juniper Networks and Alcatel business units to deploy the full solution across 52 sites in the States.
3. Managed a team of 60 people to ensure all deployment sites are fully configured and operational with client network.
4. Delegated resources allocation for various activities to insure quality of software/hardware configuration is met and within timeline.

Provided weekly status reports to executive management detailing status of all new services with open issues, cost estimates, budgeting, change requests, resource allocation, scheduling and milestone deliverables. 1. Worked in R&D Telecommunication Access Products Line for Digital Loop Carriers (DSLAM) that provides TDM (POTS) voice traffic, xDSL, ISDN, T1 & T3 trunks and ATM traffic over SONET.
2. Responsible for 28 engineers to provide system level testing for hardware/ software of digital loop carries. We wrote and executed test plans to ensure system functionality, regression, stress testing and load balancing are within system design specification.
3. Interfaced weekly with customers and vendors to facilitate product feedback, creative service solutions, network design reviews, and critical problem escalation. In contrast, I interfaced daily with hardware / software engineers and product management to provide them with feedback on the system stability and timeline status.
4. A large part of my responsibilities was to act as a customer advocate by building a complex network environment for LAN / WAN topologies that included DATA and Voice traffic. We simulated voice and data communication over public network backbone and we established a NOC/VOC operation to ensure the management of all network elements is fully controlled. We analyzed data and voice traffic to ensure traffic engineering, security and QoS are within specification.
