· Assigned as MEP Package Manger. Responsible and managing the IFC MEP package submissions and approvals.
· Assigned as Senior Electrical Engineer. Provide thorough QAQC review on the Electrical Systems, ICT, Security, Media Tribune and Broadcasting Provisions ensuring the quality and design contents are up to LOD 350.
· Design the cabling containment distribution and methodology for the Broadcasting System.
· Design Power Distribution for ‘Field of Play’ Pitch/Turf Grow Lights and Ventilation Systems.
· Perform the Electrical Load Breakdown Calculation for KHARAMAA DC approval.
· Fronting client and responsible on closing out DRCT comments prior to IFC packages approval.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
· Responsible for the complete design of electrical system which includes power, lighting, emergency lighting central battery system, earthing & lightning protection, fire alarm system, ICT & Structured Cabling System and ELV system such security, access control and PAVA system that conforms to local and international standards.
· Responsible for the complete electrical documentations such as technical specifications, and engineering reports (Concept, Schematic Reports).
· Responsible for the complete electrical calculation reports which includes, Load Flow Analysis, Load Schedules, Illumination Calculation, Voltage Drop, Power Factor Correction & Fault Calculation.
· Perform a thorough QAQC review on the Electrical Systems Design & Calculations to assure quality, workable and compliant with engineering principles, client requirements, local and international standards.
· Supervise and manage a team of designers, engineers and drafters.
· Mentoring a team of engineers and drafters.
· Fronting and presenting to Client.
· Attending coordination meetings and workshops with other trades.
· Responsible for closing out third party reviewer & client’s comments.
· Developing and assisting on Company’s Standards and Design Templates.

PMC ELECTRICAL
· Review Construction drawings and technical documents, including Testing & Commissioning (T&C) submitted by Contractor to ensure that all as per tender documents, in compliance with the clients requirements, local and international authority standards.
· Conduct meeting with Contractors prior to close-out the Non-conformance site works and un-approved Material submittals.
· Conducts site visit & inspections prior to commencement of project construction.

· Lead and manage the “design & build” electrical team.
· Conceptualize and design electrical system which includes power, lighting, emergency lighting central battery system, earthing & lightning protection, fire alarm system, ICT & Structured Cabling System and ELV system such security, access control and PAVA system that conforms to local and international standards.
· Conduct Illumination Calculation in compliance with Takreer’s Specifications and CIBSE Standards.
· Perform LPS Risk Assessment, in compliance with IEC 62305, to determine the Lightning Protection level required to the building / structure (LPL CLASS I, II, III & IV).
· Conduct Power System Analysis, Load flow, short circuit and transient analysis using ETAP 6.
· Conduct and prepare a detailed Power Factor Correction Calculation to size up 11kV Capacitor Bank requirement of the whole Electrical Distribution System.
· Perform most of Procurement Documents such as MAR submittals, Technical Bid Submittals and Award Recommendations to client’s review and approval .
· Evaluate manufacturer’s and supplier’s submittals, conducting comparative technical and commercial analysis between the offers. Responsible for awarding Manufacturer & Supplier on most of the Electrical Equipment’s and Materials.
· Provide thorough review on the construction drawings and documents prepared by the team, ensuring all are as per client requirements and International Standards. Responsible on getting client’s approval.
· Raising RFIs to client / client representatives.
· Conducts site visit prior to commencement of project construction.
· Attending meetings with the Project & Construction Manager, PMC and client for design clarification and closing out all related construction issues.

· Design, Conceptualizing, and Implementing of Low Energy and Flexible Electrical System on High Rise Buildings “Green Building” - LEED Standards.

· Design Back-up Systems for specified condition of the establishments or buildings.

· Design Structured Cabling Systems and Cable Trays for several cables/wires routing in a specific IDF Room, MDF room & Server Room.

· Review / prepare / evaluate the electrical system design, technical specifications and engineering reports.

· Prepare Short Circuit, Voltage Drop, Illumination Calculation, Load Schedules.

- Prepare Risk Assessment Calculation to conclude the required Earthing & Lightning Protection System (ELPS) of the project.

- Attending Coordinating Meetings with Project Management and other Engineering Trades.

· Designing of Electrical Systems (HV & LV Switchgears), Fire Alarm System, Security & Surveillance, telephone / PABX and intercommunication, master antenna / cable TV and Communication Systems, Back-up Systems requirement on a building or establishments. (High Rise Towers, Condominiums, Shopping Malls, Call Centers, Data Center and etc.)
· Designing of Structured Cabling Systems and Cable Trays for several cables/wires routing in a specific IDF, MDF & Server Room. - Data Centers and Call Centers.
· Designing Redundancy Power Systems in Critical and inevitability establishments. For instance: Hospitals, Data Centers, Call Centers and other Establishments with constraint of 0% down time Power Supply.
· Short Circuit, Voltage Drop Calculation and Load Schedules.
· Reviewing and Commenting on Contractor’s Shop drawings and Submittals.
· Preparing Technical Specifications (Electrical Systems, Communication Systems, FDAS Systems and etc.) for bidding.
· Attending Coordinating Meetings with Owners, Architects, Project Management and other Engineering Trades.
