• Responsible for and performed first level technical support for users’ computer problems from small printing and MS Office issues to large scale and complex problems such as missing and retrieving Outlook archives, Outlook calendar and BlackBerry calendar sync issues, BlackBerry activation issues, retrieval of accidental deletion of files and folders, etc., IT and non-IT equipment (such as company TVs for presentation and internet radios) failures
• Created user profiles and passwords in the Active Directory in MS Windows Server 2008 R2
• Created user email addresses and distribution lists in Microsoft Exchange 2010
• Responsible for the creation of user accounts in BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and setting up of all company BlackBerry devices

• Responsible for the printer toners and cartridges inventory, procurement, replacement, and maintenance
