• Admissions Manager • Taaleem - Dubai - UAE
 Reporting to Head of Admissions & Marketing.
 Manage a team of admissions + registrar team.
 Develop annual enrollment targets along with Head of Admissions & marketing and principal, using enrollment data and local market knowledge.
 Reporting accurate and timely reports presented to Senior Leadership Team.
 Act as an ambassador for the school to support the students roll and process.
 Develop & improve best practice amongst the Admissions Teams.
 Provide a high quality enquiry, visit, follow up and orientation process for families interested in the school
 Play an active role in building maintaining close relationships with local businesses, organizations, relocations agencies and developing outreach strategies to these organizations in order to generate awareness about the school
 Participate in the student retention process including the leavers survey and consequent follow up and reporting.

 Manage all enrollment enquires
 Conduct school tours for respective parents
 Provide personal guidance to overseas respective parents during student admission process
 Prepare information and enrollment packs
 Represent the school and the company in various events and exhibitions
 Ensuring compliance to KHDA rules and regulation during admission process

1. Screen visitors and telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate person/department.
2. Call parents back to verify person calling is on the student contact list.
3. Assist with all clerical responsibilities associated with the assistant principals in charge of attendance and discipline.
4. Compose, type, and copy correspondence, reports, bulletins, records, and other materials.
5. Obtain, gather, and organize pertinent data as needed.
6. Receive and enroll new students during annual enrollment and throughout the school year.
7. Screen current students for computer information changes and distribute class schedules.
8. Contact no show students and verify their current attendance center withdraw as needed.
9. Withdraw students as requested by assistant principals, update computer and files.
10. Assemble and update daily master absentee list, posting hourly absences, Check-ins and checkouts.
11. Update student information on computer and folders; maintain student files and pull folders as students withdraw.
12. Assist with correspondence to parent regarding attendance.
13. Post hourly attendance from substitute teachers and post times for students checking in and out of the building.
14. Keep track of incoming and outgoing students.
15. Place orders for forms used in the Attendance Office.
16. Take calls from parents to update information, excuse absences, and messages for the assistant principals.
17. Withdraw students on the computer from student management system.
18. Keep ongoing record of those students on homebound, suspended, attending other special schools in the district, (example: Tri-City, after Hours etc.)
19. Post activities on attendance record.
20. Help with student management system, run reports, and set up school year calendar.
21. Help with report card and mid-term mailings.
22. Keep abreast of new information, innovative ideas and techniques.
23. Adhere to all district health and safety policies.
24. Other duties as assigned by the head secretary or administrative staff, which are consistent with the general requirements and qualifications of the position.
25. Translate the letters from Arabic to English and vice versa from KHDA
26. Contact KHDA for students’ requirement.

Advising students on the institute' rules and regulations and program of study.
Safe keeping of accurate and confidential student records and documents.
Prepare and file final examination results after approval.
Preparing time sheets for all students in the Institute.
