 Reporting to Head of Admissions & Marketing.
 Manage a team of admissions + registrar team.
 Develop annual enrollment targets along with Head of Admissions & marketing and principal, using enrollment data and local market knowledge.
 Reporting accurate and timely reports presented to Senior Leadership Team.
 Act as an ambassador for the school to support the students roll and process.
 Develop & improve best practice amongst the Admissions Teams.
 Provide a high quality enquiry, visit, follow up and orientation process for families interested in the school
 Play an active role in building maintaining close relationships with local businesses, organizations, relocations agencies and developing outreach strategies to these organizations in order to generate awareness about the school
 Participate in the student retention process including the leavers survey and consequent follow up and reporting.

1. Screen visitors and telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate person/department.
2. Call parents back to verify person calling is on the student contact list.

14. Keep track of incoming and outgoing students.
15. Place orders for forms used in the Attendance Office.
16. Take calls from parents to update information, excuse absences, and messages for the assistant principals.
17. Withdraw students on the computer from student management system.
18. Keep ongoing record of those students on homebound, suspended, attending other special schools in the district, (example: Tri-City, after Hours etc.)
19. Post activities on attendance record.
20. Help with student management system, run reports, and set up school year calendar.
21. Help with report card and mid-term mailings.
22. Keep abreast of new information, innovative ideas and techniques.
23. Adhere to all district health and safety policies.
24. Other duties as assigned by the head secretary or administrative staff, which are consistent with the general requirements and qualifications of the position.
25. Translate the letters from Arabic to English and vice versa from KHDA
26. Contact KHDA for students’ requirement.
