I was part of a team responsible for a project, which was solving the issues of Microsoft with the consumer market, and it included coming up with a plan for the sales and marketing of Microsoft products as well as for the technical side.
My tasks and responsibilities during the internship at the finance department of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi were preparing regional office reconciliation, weekly cost of fund reports, daily customer deposits, current accounts, certificates and pool accounts reports, Daily debit and credit vouchers, Liquidity ratio report for CBE, Archiving folder, (Local Currency) Reserve ratio reports for CBE and Fixed assets reports.
I have general understanding of the workflow and operation of each department, writing briefs, status reports, contact reports, the industry (i.e. telecommunications) and media monitoring. Tasks include but are not limited to briefing and brainstorming sessions, General coordination and follow up with all internal departments to make sure everything is flowing smoothly, presentation preparations and dealing with client feedback..
I worked in an online store and I used to help customers figure out their sizes, matching colors, shoes, dresses; about anything they needed. I also helped them place orders, follow up, change orders, answer emails, calls, chats as well as checking availability with designers, call backs.
I worked as a freelance photographer as a part of a fundraising project, I took a professional photography course as well, I'm crazy about it and I always like just keep taking pictures in my free time. I can also edit pictures very well. Know how to use Photoshop.
It is a cranes company and I used to answer emails, call clients, set up appointments, check whether a certain crane will be ready for work on a specific date etc.. I used to handle financial stuff as well.
