o Act as the Single point of contact for the Corporate Supply Chain and Logistics Leadership in tasks
o Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain optimal contracts and pricing.
o Establishing, reviewing and maintaining plant operating procedures to ensure delivery on-time with the specs required.
o Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality of delivery and reliability, holding suppliers accountable when underperforming and escalating to management when appropriate.
o Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
o Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
o Resolve issues that come up related to delays in delivery, quality issues, etc.
o Leading a team of 15 supply chain & logistics supervisors direct reporting and indirect reporting executives responsible for developing end to end supply chain and logistics activities.
o Supervises and coordinates activities and work schedules, according to workloads
o Maintain Filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
o Training and Instruction of Employees.
o Assessing marketing potential of new and existing sales opportunities.
o Obtain new customers / agents and develop our business relationships.
o EDI user system and enough knowledge about SAP system.
o Following up on all invoices related to ocean freight, custom clearance, inland transportation, any legalization letters and analysis of letter of credit (LC).
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Subscribe to the exhibitions organization by Export Council of Egypt and the Egyptian fairs authority (such as SIAL in France, Anuga in Germany and Gulf food in UAE
o Attend Exhibitions, conferences and trade shows to meet key people ( suppliers & clients )
o Handling all procedures to attend ( shipping documents, handling Shipment of exhibits and aligning with customers on the shipment status)
o Determine with sales department potential customers
o Following up all existing clients to renew all their orders and keep them posted with updated prices and if there any new products that have been added
o Arrange forecasts with all our orders and main traffics
o Arranging an agreement with freight forwarding, couriers & shipping lines companies
o Keep the customer with Performa invoice and all required documents required once receive sales order from sales department
o Follow up the issuance of special certificates with the competent authorities
o Collaborate with other departments in activities that are related to(Costing, Planning, purchasing, warehousing , production, …etc.) to know readiness date per each order
o Following up all documents with client before issuing it
o Ensure that the all the sales orders are carried out within the, volume and within the given time scales
o Take efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Identifying new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
o Assuring that existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
o Assuring that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
o Developing the procedures for logistics activities to improve internal and external logistics systems
o Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
o Fully aware of the LC Terms in the case of export or import shipments in accordance with the LC terms without discrepancies
o Negotiating transportation rates or services with the shipping lines & Freight Forwarders to get the best Quotes, rates & best services in & out of Egypt
o Monitoring logistics operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives
o Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems such as Sales, planning, production, warehousing and Finance
o Supervise the work of logistics specialists, planners or schedulers.
o Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations such as transportations or warehouse activities, safety performance.
o Direct and coordinate comprehensive logistical or reveres logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, delivery
o Assuring that all shipping documents prepared for any export//import shipment such as (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, health certificate, certificate of origin, B/L, Analysis Certificate, Certificate Of Shipment …..Etc.) and resolving any problems in case it occurs.
o Ensure accurate order entry and complete for the customer using SAP

Duties & Responsibilities:
o Business Development and Pricing Officer in the following activities:
o Approach new clients and quote them our services about Freight forwarding from A-Z.
o Interact develop our relations with international agents to maintain our business.
o Offer & review international freight rates with shipping lines on a daily basis.
o Update clients with new prices on a monthly basis through sales team under the supervision of CEO.
o Increase profits, meet productivity standards and remain competitive with the market
o Monthly reports to the CEO.
o Customer Service Export Supervisor in the following activities:
o Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
o Coordination with shippers, truckers, Custom broker, our agents and carriers for all of shipments
o Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
o Observes and evaluates workers' performance.
o Issues instructions and assigns duties to workers.
o Trains and instructs employees.
o Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
o Follow up with the customers to secure all business
o Handling rates to any required destination with shipping lines, rates of custom clearance & inland transportation costs.
o Follow up on customers & solve their problems if any.
o Prepare all invoices related to ocean freight, custom clearance, inland transportation and any legalization letters.
o Start bookings & handle vessel's date with the shipping line to inform customers with all vessel details.
o Issuing Fob charges & follow up on custom brokers to handle the custom clearance & Inland transportations.
