Mechanical and Electrical procurement Engineer
Manage suppliers portfolio
Ensure the material flow process
• Technical and market studies for new projects
• Study and illustrate technical process for projects
• Determine needed machinery and raw material for production and average prices based on suppliers’ quotations.
• Update market study with market analysis and SWOT analysis and determine market actual need and local production and Imports value.
Responsible for material planning, supply chain management and Procurement Process.
Procurement related activities
Updating Procurement report with PR, PO, Invoice, inbounds and transportation method
Responsible for secure the material flow for the plant and all procurement processes from local and foreign suppliers and assure the on time delivery.
Inventory Controller
Develop material demand forecasts based on sales forecast.
Review historical sales (Consumption) trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
Interact with sales, marketing, Finance, and Project managers to understand demand forecast drivers. Use the Provided inputs to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
Follow up and control the stock’s value and physical space in Ware house
Inventory Planning, material planning.
Responsible for daily and monthly stock and WIP (analysis, reports, forecast, action plans) Revise the Provision report and creation of provision action plan.
Calculate and update all inventory parameters (SS, ROP, ABC FMR, Kanban, healthy stock and WIP calculations, etc.)
Share in Six sigma projects related to stock and reduce BOM error.

Excess Reports and Healthy Work Shop Analysis
• Work as Researcher and Quality Engineer
• Assist in preparing the Unit water laboratory for ISO certificate
• Manage all communication between different universities in the TEMPUS Project (Egyptian and European Universities)
• Manage the procurement process for the unit and laboratory needs.
• Manage and revise all the administrative Papers for the TEMPUS project.
