1. Plan and follow up on the Administration budget and Administration CAPEX (office equipment) of the HQ and the four plants
2. Responsible for the planning of the corporate travel budget by liaising with different departments on their travel needs and allocating it across the whole year to ensure the best prices in the required timings.
3. Acts as the focal point for budgeting the stationary and conferences plan
4. Administers and processes of Petty Cash transactions, Maintains the Petty Cash float and prepares Reimbursement Claims on a weekly basis.
5. Acts as the focal point to generate and update the related admin policies and procedures by corresponding to other functions and reporting to the business development to ensure alignment with the company guidelines.
6. Acts as the focal point for planning and organizing and follow up on all corporate related business travel for all Egyptian Steel employees effectively which including issuing visas, flight bookings, hotel reservation, meet and assist, transportation, travel insurances.
7. Monitor related budget expenditure actual versus budget and report to the Executive director of corporate services as relevant heads of the departments accordingly to ensure effective budget implementation and report on out of budget incidents every quarter.
8. Evaluating the direct subordinates (office boys’ cafeteria staff, housekeeping, reception)) by monitoring their performance during the year.
9. Manage the travel arrangements (transportation, accommodation) for the 4 plants and the Headquarter employees through travel authorization request forms by following the approval cycle.

11. Procurement and inventory management of the pantry supplies, water, cleaning tools by communicating with contracted suppliers to facilitate day to day employees needs in the HQ.

Supervise and maintain the Administration department contracts like renting flats, cars, stores, security company contract agreements, cleaning contracts and renewing all accommodation and hotels contracts, to manage the invoices renewal or cancellation by communicating with the plants managers to collect data to facilitate filling system and database.
13. Prepares administrative reports by collecting and analyzing information and drafting memos and letters. Monitoring and creating the admin monthly reports by organizing the admin data of the 4 plants by collecting data from (maintenance, transportation, business travel and security).
14. Contacting with different services providers by researching and negotiating with them to deliver the best and most suitable services available.
15. Minimize the department expenditure by ensuring proper selection and following up on the selected vendors for cafeteria in addition to monitor the admin usage of supplies to minimize the cost.
16. Representing the admin department by acting as the focal point with other functions to create the awareness of admin functions and roles &responsibilities in addition to handling the meeting rooms requests generated from portal.
17. Dealing with the accounting department regarding to cafeteria supplies and housekeeping outsources vendors to ensure best prices with the best qualities
