Design and implement office policies
•Organize office operations and procedures
•Review and approve supply requisitions
•Orient and train employees
•Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
•Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations
•Attending conferences and training meetings with senior management.

Handling staff recruitment and appraisals for new candidates
•Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
•Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
•Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
•Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.

•Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.

•Arrangements for any operational declarations notice through type and dispatch COO correspondences, for Ex: Memos or E-mail.
•Coordinate for the website implementation and its update when necessary.
•Coordinate with Lawyer office for any inquiry requested from various departments & following up the update of legal cases handled by the lawyer by weekly meetings/ e-mails.
•Preparing all needed presentation for internal or external use regarding C.O.O request.
•Help COO manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
•Tabulate and retrieve COO’s official expenditures and claims.
•Some research, media relations and promotional work.
•Briefing about any matters that s/he has referred to others and for and ensuring that correspondence referred on has been satisfactorily dealt with.
•Handling all assigned type of projects &/or following up with coordination.
