Lead, coach and Manage 13 members of PMs and create business plan for PMO

Managing projects in Banking development Dept. Sample of projects:
Manage the complete plans for creating new product “Treasury” starting from requirement till dispatching to the market
Manage the complete plans for creating new product “Investment”, which include Investment, Fund, SUKUK, Fixed Asset, Direct Investment modules, starting from requirement till dispatching to the market
Manage the UBS3 release which includes all banking products like (Core banking, Islamic Banking, Credit, Branch)
Manage multiple development projects with different Banking products mentioned above (Projects like:
FIB (On Oracle: Core, Islamic, Net, Trade, Investment and Treasury - Egypt),
KFHB (Products: same as FIB - Bahrain),
CBD (Products: Core, Islamic, Credit - Bahrain UAE),
BLC (Products: Core, Credit - LBN),
BKME (Products: Islamic on Oracle- KWT),
SKFH (Products: Investment/Fund - KSA),
KFHK (Products: Core, Islamic, Net, Trade - KWT)
Following methodologies, SW lifecycles, participate in SEPG to improve process
Participating in CMMi Appraisal for Level #5 renewal in 2009 and 2012
Working as a Telecom PM Group Leader for one year (Products: Revenue Sharing, CS, Rating, Mediation & Provisioning - Telecom)
Managing entire company projects for application development for 1.5 year
Creating company processes for project management and product lifecycle
Leading CMMi team for pre-appraisal of level 2, 3 as one of SEPG and PM in 2006
Acting as division manager:
Create department process and plan for resources, expenses and framework
Assure resources utilization, solve conflicts and evaluate performance
Apply HR activities for the department and team members objectives
Ensure proper closure and archiving of program records
