Client-Servicing:

- Handling the requirements in respect of the recruitment requirements from engineering positions to technician’s level both technical and administration support.
- Prepare candidates' information sheets and the interview schedules for the clients and candidates' mobilization
- Follow-up shortlisted candidates' status to the clients.
-Advertising all job openings through the company’s weekly newsletter & social media. Receive candidate’s CVs by mail and classify them according to qualifications.
-Ensure that client’s representatives are updated with the processing status of each candidate in case he has to travel overseas through processing specialist.
-Tracking the candidate’s history from the screening phase to when he/she gets hired.
- Assist clients in conducting recruitment campaigns abroad and locally, if necessary and conducting first interviews.
- Negotiate offer packages to finalize and draft the offer letters.

Recruitment Process:

- Classify and file CVs according to set sequence to be coded and filed properly.
- Recruit and select office staff.
- Conduct regular search on database and internet through several channels.
- Gather and enter all CVs receives through any channel, and increase the company's database.
- Manage & design advertisements by different advertising tools and ensuring that all current adverts are posted and regularly updated on the company's website.
- Arrange candidates' interviews, visa procedure, labor procedure, employment offer letter
- Liaise with recruitment agencies abroad.
- Evaluate and analyze the candidates' CVs and receive the Operation Director's approval on submitting them to the client.
- Handle the processing of shortlisted candidates abroad.

- Provide the highest level of support and information of the recruitment process to the Operation Director.
- Maintain an organized filing system related to each client and each project.
- Arranging for meetings & writing meeting reports.
