Act as a Business Partner to support the Division to successfully achieve its business plan and overall strategy through the effective development, implementation and management of best practice HR activities.
The main HR interface with key stakeholders who act as an ambassador for the HR function as a whole and demonstrate key HR behaviours and values.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to employee relations, reporting, training, talent acquisition, affirmative action, processing teammate transactions, HR related projects and employee engagement.
