Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Create and execute the branch business plan. Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel. Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision. Provide sound leadership for the branch.
Direct and coordinate counter and outside sales (if applicable) efforts. Assist in account development.
Direct sales program to develop new markets.
Make joint calls with salesmen as needed.
Manage the overall insurance business with the partner bank as a single point of Contact.
Train, guide, direct, support and manage the team of designated Insurance Specialists managing 13
Branches ( MIBANK & MISR BANK.).
Train and support the banks sales team on insurance products and sales Skills etc
Explore and develop opportunities in new channels such as Direct Marketing, corporate, In branch and credit life with in the bank to increase the penetration of insurance
Manage, monitor and evaluate sales promotional activities, client events, focus group events
