• Prepare the sales strategies to achieve targets
• Create the company presentation and communicate the uniqueness of our products to the customers
• Successfully match customer requirements to our products
• Prepare the adequate quotation to the customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships: succeed to collaborate with different prominent brands in Tunisia, including Pharmacare, Opalia Recordati, Ooredoo, Attijari Bank, and OMS, among others
• Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedbacks.

• Pilot strategic projects to improve the quality (Quality animation, audits, training, …)
• Conduct and follow the Faurecia standard implementation in the plant
• Pilot digitalization project (mLean) in the production “Using of the Ipads for all Production/ Quality/ HSE /… activities.
• Support the ramp up activities
• Coach different workshops to improve the efficiency (Hoshin activities, DLE boards, Management control...)
• Pilot the PFMEA implementation according to the VDA/AIAG manual for new projects
• Prepare and follow the NQC convergence plan (Non-Quality Cost)
• Prepare and follow the plant reporting (cover reports, plant ranking…)

• Prepare and follow the Quality KPI (daily follow up and monthly reporting)
• Conduct the analysis of customer claims (8D report) and internal defect (QRQC)

• Monitor the launching of the new project APQP (BMW project)
• Analyze and implement the new BMW requirements

• Monitor the 6 Quality Methods in the production (4M transition, QRQC, inspection under control, ..)

• Monitor the implementation of IATF 16949: Version 2016 and ISO 9001: Version 2015 requirements.
• Lead and achieve with success implementation of YAZAKI Europe procedures.
• Lead the QCC (Quality circle control) project which participates in QCC YEL (YAZAKI EUROPE LIMITS)
competition.
• Prepare and present the management review with preparing of action plan.
• Implement the internal laboratory according to YAZAKI Standards (the internal calibration of measurement equipment).
• Manage the QMS team.
• Follow, prepare Quality data (Daily, weekly, monthly report ‘operation review’) and verify the effectiveness
and monitoring of action plans.
• Prepare and animate the weekly quality committee with management team.
• Follow and realize the internal audits (process ‘VDA 6.3’, system and product)

1. Implement a complete system of scrap process management and accomplished with success scrap reduction targets set by the plant.
2. Create a database for managing removal tools.
