Main responsibilities:-
- Participate in company reorganization including the development of a Strategic Plan
- Develop and execute a Business Plan for the Human Resources Department
- Ensure recruitment is conducted in an organized and planned manner taking into consideration diversifying the sources of recruitment, selection of candidates in accordance to set criteria and appointment of employees
- Take care of all HR related activities, using an automated Software System, including payroll, annual leaves, overtime, payment of allowances, commission, and benefits
- Prepare Training Plans and manage training activities
- Coordinate business trips for employees and managers
- Communicate with insurance companies to select the best insurance provider and plans
- Ensure employee compliance with labor law and company's rules and policies
- Investigate complaints and take necessary action
- Help in achieving the company’s strategy and vision, improve and motivate staff for best performance.
Main responsibilities:-
- Market the company’s services and products.
- Attract new customers and following up with existing customers.
- Ensure quality services and products are provided and maintain customer’s satisfaction
- Make a presentation for new services and products.
- Conduct training to customers on how to use and navigate the tracking system
- Prepare sales goals and plans
Main responsibilities:-
- Search for new suppliers.
- Communicate with existing suppliers ( Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Turkey, Spain, Romania, Brazil, and others), compare prices, place orders and follow up the shipping
- Inspect products quality
- Follow up manufacturing and shipping.
- Prepare customs clearance documents and follow up with customs
- Prepare payment reports and make bank transfers.

- Maintain the quality of products
