In my previous role, I was primarily responsible for clinent acquisition and managing the end to end customer relationship. My duties included attracting potential clients, providing detailed information explanations of available insurance services, and following up throughout the process to ensure satisfaction .I also handled the final delivery of policy documents and ensured that clients fully understood their coverage and benefits, while supporting the team in daily administrative and operational tasks .
