 Prepares employee's contracts and new hires personnel documents, maintains employee's personal files, updates regularly and ensures that all documents are properly kept (employment contracts, hiring documents, social insurance forms, salary changes records, etc).
 Conduct employee orientation and benefit enrolment for new hire
 Processing social insurance forms, Assist in preparing form 2.
 Preparing turn over reports.
 Build a pool of candidates to be ready whenever there is vacant position in any department.
 Issuing offer letters for the new candidates.
 Responsible for data collection on salaries, benefits, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
 Preparing monthly payroll (overtime, penalties, commissions, salaries deductions or additions) to be applied by finance department and ensures compliance with the company policies.
 Keep accurate records of all employee's vacations, annual planner submission, and balance in line with the legal requirements and internal regulations.
 Prepare different types of monthly reports that submitted to the management.
 Prepare HR Letters, monthly pay-slips or other requested letters.
 Responsible for preparing Probation appraisal reports, Contract renewal reports.
 Send monthly budget to the finance team with management approvals according to processes.
 Communicate and coordinate with the medical insurance company (Invoices processing - New hires additions- Receiving medical cards-Cancellation of the resigned employees-Sending claims-Receiving refunds)
 Responsible for resignation process and exit interviews.
 Opening & Activating new bank accounts for the new employees. .
 Answer daily questions and requests for personnel services in a timely, accurate and productive manner.
