PREPARING A MARKETING PLAN FOR THE EXHIBITIONS:
-Studying the market (Local and International) to determine our new potentials and goals for extending our sales and promoting areas
-Contacting the determined targets and regions for promoting our events through several ways for attracting more exhibitor and visitors:
1. Barter deals between our exhibition and other exhibitions (Either through exchanging booths, Ads in the exhibition's catalogs, banners on both websites, exchanging HTML between both sides that would be sent to reach out each others database)
2. Contacting the associations related to the industry in our potential regions
3. Contacting Chamber of commerce, Embassies and Governmental Associations for promoting our event among their affiliates and members
4. Follow up with our agents and hiring new agents
-Dealing with specialized magazines and portals around the world for B2B & B2C deals
-Carrying out Presentations, Proposals, Articles, Press releases and Newsletters
-Prepare post reports show after each exhibition
-Writing all information that will be included in brochures and presenting ideas for its design and layout
-Implementing new ideas for our exhibitions websites (Including information, design, colors ...etc.)
-Preparing monthly reports for tracking the flow of work
-Dealing with booking stand requests and visitors registrations
Selling from 500 - 800 SQM for international participants in each exhibition

Egyptian Exporters Association (EEA - ExpoLink) team is great partner in implementing the program playing an intermediary role in opening communicate channels between Egyptian quality
products and targeted markets.
Marketing Communication specialist:
• Dealing with vast numbers of Advertising agencies for supporting our clients in making their promotional materials through Expolink.
• Supervision over the production of the promotional materials done by the dealt upon agencies such as leaflets, posters, flyers, catalogues, rollups, banners …..etc.
• Contacting different means of press and media for our events advertisement such as Al- Ahram, El Beit magazine, FM channel, Outdoors, Face book, Direct E-Mails … etc
•Joined Furnex & Cairo Forum 2010 "Egypt’s International Furniture & Home Furnishing Exhibition" as part of the operation team
•Joined Interleather 2010 fair & Meet in Africa 2009 fairs "Leather Products and Tannery Exhibition" as part of the operation team
•Joined Food & Fresh Gate fair "Processed and Fresh food Exhibition" as as part of the operation team followed up with the Press Conference held in Semiramis
