•The Heart of Europe mixed use Development 6 million sq.ft plot area .with 42 million sq.ft.GFA ( The World Islands /Dubai, 3.2 billion cost).
•The Crystal of Jumeirah Village South project of twelve villas - with 254 to 336 m2 living space - and a hotel-apartment complex with 238 units that are distributed in differing sizes.

CLIENT SR.PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT at NOOR INVESTMENT GROUP

• Work with the Department head to implement strategic priorities for the company projects in terms of commercial management, project management and finance management.

• Provide Project Management Services for a prestigious Luxury Hotel Apartment, 4& five stars Hotels, Residential, commercial and mixed use Buildings, clinics and shopping Malls.
• Prepairing the RFP for all the undertaken developments and projects.
• Short listing the project suppliers and assisting the client in selecting the suitable one.( consultants, contractor, theming agencies..etc)
• Providing all technical assistance and development studies to the Hospitality division working closely to the CEO.
