•Responsible for preparation of a consolidated monthly development report, which summarizes all activities within the development and incorporates the Project Management Consultants report and other consultants report in an integrated manner to client.

•The Heart of Europe mixed use Development 6 million sq.ft plot area .with 42 million sq.ft.GFA ( The World Islands /Dubai, 3.2 billion cost).
•The Crystal of Jumeirah Village South project of twelve villas - with 254 to 336 m2 living space - and a hotel-apartment complex with 238 units that are distributed in differing sizes.
• Work with the Department head to implement strategic priorities for the company projects in terms of commercial management, project management and finance management.
• Responsible and accountable for the entire project life cycle from initiation to closing.(Land development).
• Ensures the success of the project and to be delivered on time, on budget with defined quality and achieving the defined objectives and goals.

• Monitor the progress of market and feasibility studies to ensure that any upcoming project will be based on the market needs and that a sufficient market share is available to ensure commercial profitability of the project.

• Compiling, checking, reviewing and documentation of the development process.
• Resolve conflicts among the project team members as well as external parties.
• Identify and adopt project management methodology, standard, guideline and procedures.
• Coordinate induction of facility management services around the newly developed facilities prior to commissioning.

• Provide Project Management Services for a prestigious Luxury Hotel Apartment, 4& five stars Hotels, Residential, commercial and mixed use Buildings, clinics and shopping Malls.
• Prepairing the RFP for all the undertaken developments and projects.
• Short listing the project suppliers and assisting the client in selecting the suitable one.( consultants, contractor, theming agencies..etc)
• Providing all technical assistance and development studies to the Hospitality division working closely to the CEO.
• Manage and assess the performance of the people in my team (6 people reporting to me).
• Review designs and submit recommendation on the selection of contractors and different suppliers.
• Evaluate and recommend payment certificates from contractors and consultants on the assigned projects.

• Revewing contracts between client and suppliers to ensure its being FIDIC based contracts, negotiations and recovery of contractual claims.
