1- Finalize the acceptance issues with the client, project Huwaei ( Etisalat, Mobinil, Vodafone ) .
2- Solving any required and missing documents, problems with client .
3- Attend all meeting with client to proceed all client new regulation & Process .
4- Coordinate team ( Mobinil survey team ) starting from receiving the working order till submit the site to my client then following up the Purchas order + acceptance documents and get the approval to invoice .
H.R Responsibility:-
1. Sets plans and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring.
2. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
3. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
4. Prepares job descriptions.
5. Coordinates with management to prepare staffing budgets.
6. Establishes training policies, programs, and schedules.
7. Assist in conducting performance appraisals program.
8. Follow-up the social insurance & labor law procedures.
9. Follow-up all personnel procedures.
10. Manages daily administrative operations of the department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the company.
Main Dealer & Cost Controller With Nokia Siemens Networks ( N.S.N ) & Ericsson Networks.
