- Performs standard office procedures, draft correspondences, data entry, scanning, photocopying correspondence, proposals and reports
- Assists with all phases of preparation and tracking of the annual budget from initiation through completion

- Prepares financial and budget reports as needed
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and monitor inventory levels of those supplies
- Orders print material needed, Open and distribute the mail.
