o Plan, direct and coordinate the purchase and distribution of supplies
o Oversee the analysis of product demand, forecasts and adjust the inventory plans
o Monitor stock control with details of consumption rates, characteristics of Items in storage, current market movements and stock replenishment.
o Review ordering material to ensure that for the confirmed client’s order for non-stock items.
o Providing technical information to Focus at the on hand Material alternatives and ensure inventory without alternatives before ordering new items.
o Perform a stock analysis using (Minimum Stock Level Method) for Bulk orders, for the mostly needed and rapidly issued items.
o Manage stock from all Watania branches and move the material
from/to branches according to plan.
o Preview All Import purchase request.
o Periodically Update Watania Sales, Technical office Engineers with the Item alternatives and the inactive Material.
o Set the priority for the shipments release.
o Review and Confirm Supplier Order Acknowledge
o Overall supervision of procurement, material and store activities
o Preparation and updating of Raw Material Requirement Planning and Control sheet
o Responsible for international purchases
Find potential suppliers for different materials as per quality, prices and payment terms
o Review and counter sign the Purchase order before GM’s final approval
o Inventory control of all products
o Evaluates the dead stock items in the inventory and swap it with other items with the coordination with sales
o Contact suppliers when quality related problems are reported by production and QC
