-Rehabilitation of Zara Ma’in Water System Pump (Funded by USAID)
-Jordan Water Infrastructure Tafileh WWTP. (Funded by USAID)
-Jordan Water Infrastructure North Aqaba WWTP. (Funded by USAID)

 Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients, customers, and supervisor.
 Open, read, route, and distribute project incoming mail and other material.
 Provide office logistics support in terms of typing correspondence, photocopy, scan documents and binding.
 Assist in preparing tenders documents (hard and soft copies) and ensure they are delivered within the deadline.
 Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
 Manage the correspondence archiving, filing system and ensure electronic and hard copies of all correspondence are organized in the project files and project archiving system.
 Ensuring completing the timesheets of consultants working in the office.
 Provide translation / interpretation from Arabic to English and vice versa upon request.
 Manage stationery and office supplies needs orders.
 Any other tasks requested by the supervisor or team leads or management to handle and complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
 Report any technical and IT matters to IT specialist and follow up to make sure the work is running efficiently.
 Manage project petty cash in coordination with Accounting Department.
 Submit and reconcile expense reports in coordination with Accounting department.
 Ensures maintenance of office, utilities and other properties, coordinate repairs and ensure arrangement for official functions.
 Replenishment of pantry, business cards and stationary items.
 Assists in processing company’s business license.
 Track the office equipment and furniture in Inventory system and update the status of items and maintain the inventory records on monthly basis.
 Implement the monitor the health and safety measures and procedures according the CDM Smith health and safety policy.
 Provides logistical support for office personnel, outside consultant field trips and international visitors including making hotel reservations and arranging transport in coordination and approval of Administrative Manager.
 Develops and maintains list of staff travel.
 Responsible for workshop, training, or meeting arrangement and assists the official administrative duties related to the event.
 Prepares and maintains workshop/training/meeting attendance list and other documentations
