• Responsible for initiating, receiving and all design, drawings and specifications to creating project planning and detailed program for execution of the project. To ensure that all specifications, and authority regulations as shown on drawings or based on experience or indicated to in technical submittals are followed on site.
• Resources Allocation Plan: To prepare all needed resources allocation plans and to follow with related departments for supplying needed resources, report any difficulty to Operations Manager on time. Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
• Work Quality: Ensure quality of materials and installation of work is in accordance with the project contract/specifications and take corrective actions, if necessary, to ensure the agreed upon quality of the project.
• Contract Administration: recommend the award of sub‐contract work, follow up on the purchase selection for the procurement of material.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients and sub‐contractors. Follow up and ensure all claims / variations are properly administered and closed.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Team Management: Ensure suitable qualified personnel is mobilized.
• Time Management: Responsible for executing the project on time, progress and take corrective actions, if necessary, to ensure timely delivery of the project. Plan.
• organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget.
• Scope Management & Client Relationship: Responsible for delivering the project in accordance with the contract requirements.

• Reviewing and submission of monthly interim payments applications.
• Initiating, submitting, follow up and finalizing the claims along with the planning and QS team.
• Commissioning and project handing over.

• Review and study the subcontractors (Shop Drawing & Material submittals, RFIs, Method statements, Documents Transmittals before submission to consultant.
• Monitor and report the Subcontractor manpower and resources to be in line with the project program.
• Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director, Construction Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action.
• Supervise the production of co‐ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.
• Working closely with civil team, and manage the construction activities and interface with the contractors.
• Arrange and handle the meetings with the Client, Consultant and subcontractor and prepare the minutes of meetings.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues between MEP & other services.
• Review the MEP contractor payment applications.

• Preparation of Shop drawings RFIs, Load Schedule, SLDs, Method Statement, material take off, Orders, Delivery of material.
• Plan and distribute manpower and resources as per daily site activities insuring to maintain target and quality.
• Follow up with the site team, Engineers, supervisors and forman to ensure the work is running smoothly as per the final shop drawings.
• Prepare and attend the inspections with the consultant ensuring the works are completed as per the ITP plan.
• Prepare the Electrical budget along with the manpower organization charts.
• Working closely with civil team, and manage the construction activities and interface with the Electrical works.
• Monitor the progress against project schedule for the Electrical activities.
• Arrange and handle the meetings with the main contractor.
