* Everything related to Finance & Accounting starting from the Daily Journals till the Monthly Reports covering the company’s Financial Status (P&L, Banks, Receivables, Suppliers’ Balances with a Payment Table based on different Payment Terms Agreements, Cash Flow Forecast, Stock & Sales Reports, etc…).
* Issue all Quarterly Declarations related to Governmental requirements (VAT, Income Tax, Social Security Declarations, etc…) and some of the Yearly Declarations as well. (The Year End Official Report is usually issued by the Auditor).
* Handle the company’s Legal requirements (Letters, Memos, General Assemblies, Board of Directors MOM’s, Liaise with the Lawyers, etc…).
* In addition, I also handle all HR procedures related to Recruiting and/or Terminating Employees. (Which also includes Governmental Procedures).
* Attend Board of Directors (Strategic/Regular) Meetings, participating with my inputs based on my own experience and assisting in Strategic & sometimes Critical Decisions.
Managing the store’s daily tasks and make sure the staff abides the rules of the company, issuing monthly sales reports, dealing with customer complaints, etc…
Note:
Ace Hardware Franchise Agreement for Lebanon had been terminated. All the employees, including myself, were transferred to Acecraft SAL which is a company owned by the same Employer (Former Franchisee of Ace Hardware).
Acquired the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Certificate.
Managing deals with various governmental sectors, providing Borescopes equipments for maintenance.
Identifying new lines of products and initiating direct contact with the designated suppliers. Arranging for signing different agreements with the suppliers (NDA, SoW, Business Agreement, etc...) to insure that the company's interests are secured.
Sales, Marketing, and utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
