A two week training in the field Digital Transformations Analyst. During the program, I mainly focused on reporting bugs and finding solutions for web platforms and mobile applications, specifically for the product reachlogistics.om, which was designed by Target's team. The whole idea was to digitally transform what may seem dull and require lots of paperwork. As well as getting a bit involved in the marketing side of the product.

Worked as FM Operations engineer graduate for the training program at Ericsson. The program focused on working at telecommunication towers and troubleshooting/configuring the devices based on the telecom operators. I started working at Omantel and then been transferred to Vodafone and continued most of my work there, as well as gained skills and experiences in activities such as RFI and CM.

I have completed a six month Omantel training program at the Call Center that mainly focuses on the mobile, internet, and fixed line services that are provided by the company, and everything that is related to customer service. At first, the contract was handed by the Green Umbrella Recruitment LLC in cooperation with Omantel. Later on, the contract changed and it was handed by Omantel itself. In this one, I have an experience from Mobile services to Internet and Fixed-line. Eventually, I was transferred to the Social Media Department and continued working from there till my last day on the 22nd of February, 2022.
