• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible to check all equipment and make checklist as per ISO Standard.
• Planning and Scheduling for daily maintenance related to rotating equipment.
• Achieving of repair / maintenance testing, installation, troubleshooting overhauling of rotating equipment.
• Inspection and suggest of spare part of machine.
• Troubleshoot rotating equipment failure and defect.
• Coordinate between maintenance and Operation to analyze the performance of the machines and production line and how to control the downtime.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, follow up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, schedule meetings and maintain project documents and reports.
• Assist in ensuring that all safety and environmental planning is in place and that necessary measures are taken to avoid any accidents or incidents.
• Provide support to the project management and reporting teams in accessing information on projects, gathering project data and preparing internal and external reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with the client to get the required work permits to execute the Project and provide support to the Contractor
• Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting
• Review of shop drawings, method statements, materials submittals, etc.
• Conducting and attending site inspections as and when required to approve or progress the works.
1)Ensured implementation of Approved Method statement by client.
2) Supervising engineering activities at project sites and ensured work was in accordance with specifications.
3) Corresponding coordination with client and consulting regarding work and inspection.
4)Preparing daily activities report, material & equipment requirement and inform to project manager.
5) Ensured that all safety features and guidelines are adhered by all workers at site.
6) Ensure the inspection of Ammonia Storage Tank as per Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
