•Build up the client’s loyalty to their agency by providing a good service.

•Keep a record of applicants on the agency
•Draft advertising to attract applicants of the right standard books in case of other similar vacancies.
•Interview candidates and check candidates’ references.
•Provide a shortlist of candidates to the client and if necessary ‘sell’ the candidates chosen.
•Arrange practical details for interviews to take place.
•Negotiate the agency’s fees with the client.
•Provide advice to both clients and candidates about pay rates, training and career progression in their sector.
•Make suggestions to the client company to help them attract candidates with particular skills or attributes in the future.

•Study the job description for the different vacancies we have, then allocate the matching candidates resumes from our data base or by head hunting for the senior level positions.
•Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CV's for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
•Interview candidates up to supervisor's level and provide feedback to the senior management.
•Arranging the final interview schedule for our clients for those who passed the initial interview
