o Contribute to the development of the Department and implement approved strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue and profit targets for the Small Business Department. Facilitator for creating Islamic model in the banking system.

o Point of contact for finalizing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments / units to achieve improvements in Turn around Times (TAT) thereby facilitating CSAT.
o Providing timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.
o WBS to subordinates, nominating them for training as per QIB’s guidelines, conducting performance reviews and managing leave and overtime to ensure overall efficiency and efficacy in the process.

o Ensuring that the department’s business plans are within agreed budgets and timescales. Provide timely, accurate and complete progress reports to the Division Head on the financial and operational progress of the department.
o Proactively managing portfolio of assigned high value clients. Expand business banking customer relationships by identifying needs and maximizing opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Cross-sell and refer to other business segments.
o Effectively leverage, coordinate and organize targeted marketing campaigns, events and new product launches to drive sales activities and fulfil customer needs across territory.
o Providing inputs for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes, pertaining to the activities performed by the Small Business employees and monitor their achievements on periodic basis.
