contracts and quotations.
- Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing
levels, managing holiday allowances, recruitment, training
and development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues
and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity.

improvements.
- Scheduling preventive maintenance of the systems in the
hotel such as fire system, AHU, Chillers, chiller room,
freezer room, Kitchen equipment and pumps.
