Senior Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist (Banking Delivery Channels, Digital Solutions); Performing UAT, Technical and Business Implementation alongside Functional Consulting services related to ITS integrated e-channels banking solutions; Internet Banking, ISO 8583 Parser, Mobile and SMS in MENA region.
Key-Responsibilities:
1. Participate in project scope definition with potential stakeholders.
2. Examine the client business and assist in defining what the system should do for delivering the expected added value.
3. Assist in defining the client technical, interfacing, and operational requirements and constrains from business aspects.
4. Assist in developing implementation plans.
5. Assist seniors in advising the client on means to close requirements and application gaps and to assist in providing information and knowledge about the system under implementation.
6. Participate in customer training and knowledge transfer.
7. Participate in system testing during UAT and staging phases.
8. Provide post implementation functional support.
9. Assist in Presales activities including demos, workshops, conferences and proposals.
10. Ensure adherence to ITS internal procedures regarding Quality and Knowledge Management.
11. Presales activities, developing and conducting technical/business demos and POC. Respond to RFPs and help in shaping competitive product offerings.
Performed verification and validation activities across the complete SDLC in CMMi Level 5 certified institution for competitive e-channel banking product that serve MENA and International financial institutions, performing test execution for project based work streams, report and track defects.
Engaged in the banking industry through ITS ETHIX Financial Solutions; ranked globally as the premier total banking solution, fully compliant with Islamic Shari’a catering to Tier1 banks.
Responsibilities:
1- Level 3 Support: Incident recreation and testing for UAT and Live issues.
2. Review GAP, High Level design documents and aid in test estimation via PERT technique.
3- Execute and maintain test scenarios, test cases and scripts and assist in developing test cases.
4. Assist in creating functional test cases.
5. Perform black box testing, (functional, regression, and system testing).
6. Use of defect-tracking tool to upload the defects in the application, adhering to the defect lifecycle and predefined quality measurements.
7. Perform testing activities and properly execute on assigned tasks even in case of lack of test cases and scripts while adapting to rapidly changing and evolving requirements.
8. Document project activities and process documentation.
9. Execute formal system verification and validation.
10. Prepare and report test results and to escalate to the management in proper time and context.
11. Prepare, create, update & follow up the discovered defects, issues and fixes with the concerned team.
12. Update and maintain test cases and test procedures.
13. Assist in preparing the Testing Environment and analyzing setup issues with different Core Banking and Middle-wear solutions.
