• Observe the market, trends and competitors inside local market & GCC.
• Perform time critical order processing and follow up with my Sales team.
• Prepare and implement technical offers along with commercial conditions.
• Ensure sufficient local market capacity and share percentages.
• Building marketing capabilities across UAE for products support
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Support, supervise and agrees on sales targets with Local Distributors.
• Ensure long-term optimization and stability of operation.
• Perform strategic business planning as per the investment group guidance.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities & new business opportunities.
