My role and responsibility: is to managing and leads all regional L&D activates of all company sectors ( Retail, EBD, Distribution and Corporate) to taken up the next level of all training programs projects for all employees in the company.
- Providing HR business partnering support to business leads on company policies, processes, procedures and HR strategies.
- Understanding the commercial business and processes and linking between HR strategies and business strategie.s
- Providing solutions to HR related issues and concerns for assigned business function.
- Leading on site HR projects, initiatives and campaign.
- Providing guidance, coaching and support to assigned functions in areas of recruitment, learning and development, organizational development, reward and benefits, talent management and employee relations.
- Preparing the required management reports and ensuring that they are aligned with their objectives.
Acting as primary point of contact to the assigned functions.
- Liaising with respective line managers and other regional HRBP colleagues.
- Attending to issues arise, working with line managers and providing required solutions.
- Contributing to HR strategy by building organizational capabilities.
- Working with HR operation and HR Centers of Excellence for all relevant matters to ensure alignment of Corporate Functions to HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Developing monthly and customized activity reports to line managers as needed.
Managing projects for selecting and developing.
- Conducting in-house Training courses for employees on soft skills.
- Conducting Telephone Interviews for candidates and shortlist successful ones.
- Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant position for both internal and external candidates.
- Holding an orientation session on the company's policies, benefits and procedures for newly hired employees.
- Conducting 'EXIT INTERVIEW' for employees at location.
- Reviewing and updating the employee manual/handbook..
- Organizing events and ceremonies.
Conducting wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Doing employees' quarterly appraisal and conducting managers' evaluation survey.
- Assisting the HR Manager with special projects and assignments, in accordance with work requirements.
