Project manager for DU account with below main responsibilities:
Identify the project objectives and goals, planning the work according to the objectives.
 Organize project team members to align project objectives and deliver project successfully.
 Directing activities, controlling project execution, tracking and reporting progress.
 Controlling project quality, managing and resolving project issues.
 Maintain project KPIs as required by regional office.
 Internal revenue forecast and follow up to achieve the regional office target.
 External revenue follow up with customer for PAC and FAC documents.
 Follow up customer requirements and business opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Tracking project activities to ensure network safety and delivery on agreed standards.
 Integrate EHS (Environmental, health & safety) values in the project.

Implementation manager and Project control manager for main telecom projects in lebanon such as OGERO FTTX National Project, Touch 2G Swap Project, Alfa Backbone Expansion Project, ISF eLTE Project with below main responsibilities:
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
 Define the project activities sequence from survey till final acceptance.
 Align with customer for acceptance criteria and pilot site to confirm the rollout standards.
 Make PIP to comply with the agreed delivery time line with required resources and support.
 Identify the risk and report on time to the proper channel.
 Build and manage the daily, weekly & monthly rollout plan.
 Follow up the rollout plan / progress with project team members and supplier’s teams.
 Reporting of project progress to project manager and customer.
 Use lead to cash system (ERP, ISDP) to plan, execute, monitor, control and close the project.
 Maintain project KPI and make control over the financial reports.
