Develops, organizes, and implements recruitment campaigns, inclusive of CV screening and interviewing applicants.
- Stays in continuous connection with all Royal Commission departments to recognize the required manpower needs.
- Searches for and understands the required skills and competencies for vacant positions.
- Schedules and conducts interviews with prospective candidates and advises management accordingly.
- Screens the incoming resumes for all vacancies and determines eligible candidates.
- Participates in job fairs and provide information about Royal Commission.
- Coordinates with the Public relations’ department to organize introductory seminars about Royal Commission in the Universities of Saudi Arabia to attract fresh graduates.
- Devises the RC induction package and welcome new employees to the organization to familiarize them with their new work environment and their new vocations.
- Hiring Overseas Candidates.
- Arranging with Labor office- Dammam in order to obtain new visas.
- Weekly following up with overseas recruitment agencies.
Overseeing the recruitment campaigns, including screening CV and conducting interviews with applicants.
Facilitate the process of making contact with all departments of the city to get to know the requirements of the workforce.
Review the results of interviews conducted with prospective candidates and accordingly advise the management in this regard.
Develop Guidelines for identifying qualified candidates for the job.
Participation in exhibitions staffing and provide information about the Royal Commission.
Coordination with the Department of Public Relations in the preliminary organization of seminars about the Royal Commission in universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attract new graduates.
Provide visualization and proposals through the implementation of operational plans, policies and procedures of modern charts and transitional / transformational with ascertain the extent consistent with the goals and objectives of the Royal Commission.
Monitor and control the development and application of action plans with guaranteed work within the standards set out in the budget.
Take responsibility or to assist in special projects when needed.
follow up all recruitment process with Recruitment Specialists through ERP System, as well as Overseas Recruitment Agencies.
- carries out periodic review of database to ensure recruitment action on all vacant positions.
- ensures that positions are opened in recruitment database once requested by the department after termination action has been implemented.
- ensures that positions are announced internally when requested by the department and candidates are scheduled, informed and interviewed by the recruitment committee.
- ensures that the recruitment specialist process in-house transfer/ promotion requests in a timely manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Maintains listing of approved Foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
- Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
