During my internship I was able to learn more about airport operations and specifically on ground handling. my internship rotation included Arrival, boarding and check-in.
I worked with the marketing department regarding social media marketing, as well as customer service. Posting pictures on social media and coming up with competitions to engage customers more.
During this period I did a competition about world cup, were people can guess the score and win valuable prices. I also did a competition for "Ramadan". Regarding customer service, I also worked in the calling center, calling customers to know their feedback and if they have any complain.
