* Field Implementation And Project Engineer ( June 2002 - Mar 2004):

I have experienced and accomplished the following:
• Site acquisition, implementation and survey for most Fastlink sites and micros supervision of contractors work .
• Supervising some phases of Fastlink Network implementation Roll out, which include RF and MW planning, optimization, M/W and GSM Sites installation .
• Manage subcontractors’ contracts to be implemented within time and budget with the quality standards.

Acting as Field Implementation Engineer
Installation and maintenance for :
• Implementing and following up contract agreements with contractors
• Coordinating project works with contractors that is including civil, and communication works.
• GSM communication cabinets Expansion . (Motorola).
• Microwave & UHF transmission lines .
• Coordinating with Planning, BSS and Microwave Engineers for site acquisition for M/W path profile, RF coverage, Tower height and availability of main power city.
• Microwave alignment and LOS verifications.
• Design equipment layout in the shelters, and grounding system.


* BSS & Transmission Maintenance Engineer (Mar 2004 - till now ) :

- Hardware Installation, testing and operation for BSS equipment and GSM repeaters.
- Schedule routine maintenance and site inspection.
- Expansion of existing BSS (RXCDR, PCU, BSC and BTS ).
- Insure Proper spare parts availability and look after repair and return mechanism.
- Analyzing OMC-R stats and reporters for troubleshooting purposes.
- In building coverage solutions.
- 24 hours duty responsibility.
- Perform all hardware needs/changes for proper RF optimization.
