Calculate and optimize the necessary parameters for achieving desired temperature levels and cooling capacity in air conditioning units using both refrigerants and water. Create detailed engineering drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to facilitate the manufacturing process and maintain design documentation. Monitor and supervise production processes on the manufacturing floor to ensure that units are produced efficiently and in compliance with quality standards. Ensure that all products meet industry standards and quality specifications, conducting tests and inspections as needed.
Design HVAC units, including central air conditioning systems and chillers. Calculate thermal and air requirements for projects. Prepare technical drawings and engineering designs for HVAC units. Create project schedules and monitor their execution. Interact with clients and provide technical suggestions and innovative solutions. Conduct heat load calculations and select suitable equipment. Prepare technical reports and document project work. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
