Aug 2004 - June 2006:
Account Manager (Based in Sanaa-Yemen)
• Responsible for SabaFon account (Yemen leading GSM Operator), based in Yemen & reporting directly to Dubai Regional Headquarters for the Middle East.
• Exceeded targets & achieved sales of around $60 million, hence was promoted to handle Etisalat Account in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
July 2006 - May 2008:
Lead Account Manager for Etisalat Group (Based in Abu Dhabi-UAE)
• Responsible for Etisalat Global Account
• Re-built the relationship with Etisalat after a previous bad history.
• Created opportunities at various levels within Etisalat UAE & Etisalat Group.
• Built the Unit from scratch
• Overlooked 4 major divisions having 54 employees (Service Centers, Distribution Channels, Corporate Sales & VAS/Service Providers)
• Established 5 Regional Service Centers all over Lebanon
• Overlooked a network of 12 Distributors, 40 dealers in addition to 700 cellular shops all over Lebanon.
• Pioneered the first Mobile Banking application & Vehicle Tracking (Fleet Management) solutions in Lebanon & the region
• Orchestrated the procedures formulations of my unit which were previously non- existent, leading to a successful audit & ISO 9002 award
• Participated in international tender preparations where I went abroad for field visits & market assessments.

Despite the fact that these years helped a lot in building my Sales knowledge in general, however since these years are not relevant to my extensive Telecom experience that started in 1999, I preferred not to mention irrelevant details here.
