• Collect and analyze clients' data financial transactions documenting accounting control procedure.
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper recording of operations required to the financial workflow.

• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports of company expenditures following the establish schedule.
• Review and analyze the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and variance narrative.
• Establish new fund distribution rules to define and standardize key metrics and tolerances for all levels.
• Monitor the status of transactions and coding structures to ensure alignment with company policy and guidelines.
• Daily check on the employees and their delivery of the coupons and money that they had received from the customers when they delivered the shipments and goods
• Drive the agency key metrics, reporting process, and data gathering by maintaining accounting data base.
