I have started helping the Owner to develop and adapt all departments' internal process; formalizing their work procedures, documenting the process and discussing to improve then added the needed KPIs, monitoring the execution on daily bases.
Then established a mini department for Internal Sales (4 members) to make a central & Internal Sales department has the ability to generate new leads & selling our products remotely.
Now; I am the Internal Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:
• Team Hiring
• Coaching and Motivating my team.
• Reports and Analysis (Pipeline, Sales Figures YTD, Vendors Reports, etc.)
• Dealing with all shareholders and reporting to the company owners.
