Ensuring the department complies with all recruitment Policies, Labor Law and Regulations.
Responsible for implementing recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting, scheduling, follow ups to closing offers and for providing full administrative support to all the line managers and officers.
Self-involvement in preliminary telephonic and personal interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects Etc.)
Handling recruitment on wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and Senior management levels. In-depth assessment/analysis of client’s requirement.
Conducting tests and arranging interview preliminary to final.
Sourcing and screening resume from Web Portals and internal Job portals & Social Network.
Inform applicants of job responsibility, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
Short listing Candidates based on Personal & Professional Skills
Client coordination for interviews, feedback and selection list.
Pre interview and post interview follow-up with the candidates.
Discussing & Negotiating on Salaries & Benefits as per company’s policy with short listed candidates.
Preparing Job offer Letter & Appointment Letters for Selected Candidates.
Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner
Implements and maintains filing system, both in soft and hard copy.
Coordinate work with all other branches that spread across the GCC and India
Secretary to Managing Director & fixing appointments with the clients and candidates
Maintaining High Level of Confidentiality related to HR Matters.

Roles and Responsibilities
❖ Maintain registers/documentation logs for incoming and outgoing documents.
❖ Prepares obligation request and disbursement vouchers for clients on processing for their financial, medical, transportation, burial assistance.
❖ Updating and distributing vouchers and case summary reports for approval of the assistance.
❖ Assist clients and provide for their immediate needs.
❖ Prepares Purchase Orders for the supplies of the unit.
❖ Updates and liquidates petty cash vouchers.
❖ Prepares payroll for the cash for work beneficiaries.

❖ Tender project proposal to operations and finance for the approval of budget.

❖ Coordinate with the LGU's for the corrections and completion of the programs.
❖ Prepares disbursement vouchers, obligation request and payroll of the beneficiaries.
❖ Prepares request issue slip of the LGU's for the disaster stockpile.
❖ Monitor stock availability of the LGU's for the preparation during disaster operations and preparedness.
❖ Prepare purchase request and purchase order of the office equipment, supplies and goods needed for the walk-in clients and disaster operations.
❖ Inventory and monitor supplies and goods.

❖ Coordinate with procurement for the availability and delivery of goods.
