Purchasing Executive
• Pre-construction involvement in design meetings regarding product selection.
• Obtaining prices for all supplies required to complete the works.
• Identifying and assessing potential suppliers and products.
• Maintaining detailed records such as tracking documents and purchasing databases.
• Analyzing tender returns and making recommendations.
• Ensuring supplies and suppliers comply with safety, health and environmental and other requirements.

Real Estate Admin (Reliever)
• Prepares and issues contract for the tenant.
• Provides necessary documents to the tenant or manager as per request.
• Inform and advise quotation for potential customer.
• Data filing and document controlling for proper documentation.
• Prepares report for the manager/Chairman related to real estate.
• Issues Ejari to the tenant.
• Do AdHoc activities as per required by the division.
Job Roles:
• Review Demand and supply of materials base on weekly D&S Report.
• Update material status on Model D&S for planner to conclude how many units can be produced, what are the constraint materials and critical to produce
• Send weekly re-schedule report to suppliers for new PO releases, pull-in, push-out and cancellation
• Work closely with suppliers for material supplies status
• Highlight critical items to immediate supervisor
• Updates item set-up, eg. Material status, Buyer code, Pansize, and re-ordering condition.
• Release order to oracle and updates at the system
• Check Daily inventory exception and courier delivery status at data base
• Monitors EOL parts base on last time buy and follow-up sourcing team for the replacement parts
• Works with QA, Engg, Sorcing team, Marketing and Planner for critical materials that will affect production and customer delivery.
• Ensure material supply for Production use
• Controls delivery for excess inventory.
Job Roles:
• Reviews supply and demand of materials
• Ensures materials availability for Production’s use based upon or close to approved production daily rate during weekly MPS meeting.
• Analyze prior executing recommendations from Oracle MRP output
• Creates Requisition and Releases for replenishment orders
• Updates Purchase Orders/Releases in Oracle system
• Communicates identified issues on materials that will impact Production Line as well as affected Sales orders.
• Escalate to Materials Manager/Commodity Managers critical material issues that might result to Production Line stop or Customer lines down
• Communicates on demand changes with the suppliers
• Coordinates day-to-day inquiries or issues with suppliers
• Meets the expected level of inventory based from latest ordering policy published in RAW ABC reports.
Job Roles:
• Prepare monitors and revises accordingly production plans based on customer requirements.
• Monitors and reviews daily production input and output results in accordance with approved production schedule to determine current production status and materials status.
• Simulates stock levels against production requirements. Coordinates with customers and production personnel for concerns needing their actions.
• Coordinates with customer’s production control staff and other authorized customer representatives regarding changes in production and shipment schedules.
• Prepares and submit the physical inventory report of direct and indirect materials to superior.
• Monitors and reviews defective parts level and coordinates with production personnel, QC, QA, Logistics and customer regarding disposition of the said parts.
• Coordinates with other work units on matters pertaining to changes in production schedule, parts availability and shipment.
• Prepares and submit related reports and updates monitor charts.
• Ensure customer delivery on time.
Job Roles:
• Complete documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders using computer-based technology
• Complete daily shipping and receiving logs
• Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups
• Record shipment data such as weight, charges and damages
• Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications
• Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors.
