• Estimation and Technical handling of HVAC
Products, such as Fans, VAVs, Duct Heaters, etc.
• Support and coordinate with sales force to
increase HVAC sales volume in the territory.
• Preparing technical submittals and verifying the
correct products and quantities.
• Preparation of estimates for Mechanical
Engineering works.
• Responsible for the support of Assistant
Manager for email correspondence, follow up
calls, etc.
• Coordinate with the Office Managers and Sales
Engineers for on-going projects to meet
predetermined offices sales targets.
• Create data base for on-going projects at
different stages that have potential HVAC sales.
• Submit biweekly report to management
including List of projects, list of quoted projects
in tender stage, list of projects in negotiation
stage and list of orders.

• Reports directly to the General Manager and Managing Director of the Company.
• Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Making Inquiries to different suppliers, sending inquiries based on the list of Approved Manufacturers in different projects.
• Assigned to do follow-ups about the deliveries of materials and other concerns.
• Responsible for the preparation of Letter of Intent (LOI), Local Purchase Order (LPO) for approval of General Manager.
• Creates and maintains filling system accurately.
• Ensures that all documentation is complete, organize and maintained in a safe manner.
• Ensures the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
• Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems
• Preparing quotations/proposal letter for the Tender and Job in Hand Inquiries as per Estimation Engineer’s instructions and approval.
• Preparing Tax Invoice as per Project Site Engineer’s submitted Monthly progress report.
• Submitting Technical/Material Submittals from the Suppliers to the Main Contractor
per project
• Assisting the Accountant on recording the petty cash monthly
• Encoding the Tax Invoices received from all the Suppliers to keep records for VAT payment
